Learning Objectives

This course explores the principles (why to what) necessary to develop a practical decision intelligence framework. This (with its Practices companion course) is used by problem-solvers and decision-makers to innovate the organization's collective decision-making capability as a key value driver toward operational excellence. In this course learners will:
